Claire & Curtis - a winter wedding

We usually warn our brides & grooms that if you're getting married in the winter in Canada you're going to be cold, you're going to need warm boots & we will be shooting outside. True to our Canadian winters January 10th was quite chilly & of course we shot outside all day. Not once did Claire complain, question or hesitate during our photos, not once did her smile fade even a little - she was an absolute trooper & simply glowed with happiness. The whole wedding party were a blast to work with, wore their warm boots in the snow & obviously very excited to be a part of this amazing couple's wedding. Claire & Curtis, I hope you enjoying your very warm honeymoon & congratulations - enjoy your photos!

On a side note - Claire's mom took me aside when I first arrived at the house to explain to me how important the photos of her daughter's wedding were to her. That one day I would understand when my girls were older what it meant to have your daughter get married & what led up to that day. She almost made me tear up & I could see by the family photos everywhere what she was talking about & how close this family was. I hope that our photos will join in the ranks with the other family memories on the walls & that we did mom proud. These 2 are for you Diane.

Congrats claire... it's amazing to see how we've all grown up (and chosen the same world-class photographers for our once in a lifetime events!!). Trish and Matt, you did a fantastic job, and it made me smile when you put those two photos up for Diane. A special lady!!

Trish and Matt,
Words can not express how grateful Curt and I are to have such wonderful photographers shoot our special day. You made everyone feel so comfortable and the whole bridal party raved about you in the limo. We all had such a blast with you tromping through the snow!
The pictures are beautiful and we are so thankful to have such wonderful memories of the day. I can honestly say the two of you truely made our day even more memorable and we can tell you put your heart and soul in to your work. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
