Sonya & Kelly's Wedding

Sonya & Kelly have a massive combined family & their wedding was the usual chaos that a huge group of very excited people coming together creates (more than 300+ guests!). Throughout the day Sonya was moved to tears several times by the outpouring of love from family & friends - many who had travelled huge distances to help celebrate their marraige. The chaos & emotions & traffic never once affected these two & throughout the day they had nothing but patience, smiles & just relaxed & enjoyed all of the activities. You can easily see how Sonya & Kelly survived a long distance relationship (she's from New Zealand & he's from Canada) & the deep love that grew to bring them to the wedding day. You guys were wonderful to work with & we had a terrific day with you both. Congratulations & enjoy the photos.

Beautiful Bowie Family

The Bowie family drove down from Edmonton to have their prego/family shoot done last week (I felt very honored that they made the trip!) so instead using the family home for the shoot we used our studio space. We had a blast. Little Ava, who's 2 was simply perfect. She loved hamming it up for the camera & very comfortable in the new surroundings as long as turtley was allowed to be in a few shots - I think Heather & Dan were amused at how much their little daughter loved being photographed. Thanks for making the trip guys, good luck with the rest of your pregnancy & enjoy the photos.

Wonderful Wilford Family

We photographed Ashley & Jason's wedding last June & last week I had the pleasure of photographing Ashley's family (with a few including Jason for good measure). The Wilfords are simply a wonderful family, funny, close & very relaxed around each other. As it has been in Calgary the last few weeks the eveing turned out to be pouring rain but you would never know with these sunny smiles & laughter. We had to include afew with umbrellas at the end just to prove that the weather was wet, otherwise you'd never know.

Super Silver Scott

I LOVE new parents, they are absolutely enthralled with their new little babies & find a deeper love for their partner through the parenting experience. My little sister Tegan & her husband Darrell are no exception. The love just radiates off them & they only had eyes for their adorable little daughter, Silver (named after Darrell's grandma) at our photo shoot. Silver was only 7 days old & rolled over while we were shooting! She's quite a strong little girl & really well behaved during the photos & despite the usual newborn photo shoot activities of peeing on dad, pooping on my white fluffy blanket & throwing up on her outfit, she was completely adorable. Congrats sis (& Darrell) you guys are doing a great job - keep it up :)
