Rowan - 6 months

I love it when past wedding clients e-mail to say they need some baby photos done, it's an amazing priviledge to document peoples lives over a long period of time. It's interesting because when people get married they feel like at that moment they love that person the most they could ever possibly love them. As time goes on & they start a family, that love grows even stronger & it's such a thrill for me to see people fall even more in love as their family grows.
Little Rowan was very suspicious of me when I first arrived & started photographing her for some 6 months portraits. (I love the first shot - her expression says EXACTLY what she was thinking) As the shoot progressed & with mom & dad reassuring her closeby that everything was ok she started to warm up & we got some great shots. Thanks for sharing Rowan with me Dany & Wanda, she's absolutely gorgeous. Enjoy.

Sweet Sydney

I have been shooting Noelle & Brian for a few years now starting with her 1st pregnancy in 2007 & I've been anxiously waiting for little Sydney's arrival & was so excited to finally meet her - 2 weeks old & absolutely gorgeous. Big brother Isaiah, wasn't as thrilled about the new arrival as mom & dad but he was great while we were shooting (as long as he didn't have to hold little sister for more than 3 seconds). Noelle & Brian, I am so happy Sydney has safely arrived at home with such an amazing, adoring & loving family surrounding her I am sure she will be the most loved princess ever.

Lemonade & Cookies

We had a first annual Ramsay garage sale this weekend & our 2 adorable daughters (Molly & Ellie) made a killing selling fresh chocolate chip cookies & lemonade...who could resist these cuties?

Elliot & Owen

Little Elliot is 6 weeks old & very cute. While he alternated between being extremely happy, crying & sleeping during our shoot, big brother Owen was a complete charmer the whole time. This 3 year old was an energetic subject & we had lots of fun together but getting a shot with the 2 brothers looking at the camera at the same time proved tricky (as newborns & 3 year old boys can be!). This little family obviously has a lot of good times together & I look forward to capturing them as they grow.

Little Liam

Cate & Paul were surprised by an early arrival of their little son, Liam, shortly after our pregnancy photos were done. I was so excited to meet him at 4 weeks old & capture some of this loving families joy.
The biggest part of what I love about being a photographer is being able to document peoples lives. Cate & Paul are a great example, we started out with engagement photos;


Then the wedding on the stunning Kicking Horse Mountain;



A Beautiful Prego Belly;



And now the next chapter, parenthood. I think they're falling more in love as time goes on & I can't wait to continue to capture what happens next.
